ULTRA HIGH POWER GRAPHITE ELECTRODE
UHP electrode is manufactured with 80-100% imported needle coke.
Size range:350/400/450/500/500/600/700
STANDARD HIGH POWER GRAPHITE ELECTRODE
SHP electrode is manufactured with 50-55% imported needle coke.
Size range：300/350/400/450/500/500/600/700
HIGH POWER GRAPHITE ELECTRODE
HP electrode is manufactured with 20-30% imported needle coke.
Size range:300/350/400/450/500
Usage：
Graphite electrode is employed to offer
high level of electrical conductivity and the capability to
sustain extremely high level of dissipated heat, therefore is widely used for
EAF (electric arc furnace scrap melting)
,LF ( ladle furnace steel refining) and the equivalent smelting process.
For EAF from 30t-150t
For LF from 50t-200t
The above production is also used in other furnaces like precious
metal smelting and ore smelting.
